PHOEBE HORTON, LPC

Phoebe Horton graduated from Alabama A & M University in 1997 and is Board Certified as a Licensed Professional Counselor. She has extensive experience with both inpatient and outpatient Mental Health since 1976. She also holds a Registered Nurse license with a certification in Psychiatric and Mental Health since 1993. With over 20 years of mental health experience including case management and be a nursing instructor. She joined Valley Behavioral team in 2019. She holds certifications in CBT and DBT.
