Shannon graduated from Athens State University in December of 2020 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Healthcare Management. She has been employed with Valley Behavioral Services since 2017 and has over 20 additional years in the Healthcare field.
"It is my goal to ensure that every patient leaves our practice satisfied with all aspects of their care, including office staff and billing. I strive to support and advocate for our patients. I feel very blessed to play a role in patient care and being a part of Spravato treatments that can help lead patients to success in their mental health care journey."
